2017 Dream Vacation Contest
Contest Rules
This contest is organized by SecuriGlobe . It will be advertized from March 01 2017 to December
31st,2017.
ELIGIBILITY
1.
This contest is open to all residents of Canada, 18 years of age or older, with the
exception of public and private companies wholly or partly owned by employees of SecuriGlobe
inc. To be eligible, a person must request a quote on one of our travel insurance products from
SecuriGlobe as of December 31st,2017 until 11:59pm EST.
HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary. All clients that agree to enter the contest, as defined in
paragraph 1, are automatically entered in the contest (one (1) entry per family).
PRIZES

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a travel certificate of 3,500$
Any attempt to corrupt the website, its content maybe considered as a violation of criminal and civil laws.
DRAWS
4.
Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by electronic draw on Monday,
January 8, 2018, at noon (12:00 p.m.) at SecuriGlobe office located at 6400 Auteuil, Ste 100, in
Brossard, Québec J4Z 3P5.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
CLAIMING A PRIZE

To be declared winner, randomly selected participant must:
a. Be reached by contest organizers within thirty (30) days following the draw date.
b. The winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question
Should the contest organizer not being able to reach the winner after all reasonable efforts have
been made during the thirty (30) day period. The winner will be disqualified and a new draw will
be held.
7.
Failure to meet the above conditions or any other condition herein (including the
mathematical question), will result in the disqualification of the selected participant and the
holding of another random draw, in accordance with these contest rules, until a new participant is
selected and declared a winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS

The prize must be accepted as described and cannot be transferred to another person or
replaced for another prize.

To be declared winner, the person selected as prize winner must release the contest
organizers from any liability for damage that might arise from accepting or using
their prize. To be declared winner and receive its prize, the selected prize winner must first sign a
Declaration form to this effect.
10.
To be declared winner, the selected person must authorize the contest to use, as
required, their names, photos, images, declarations regarding the prize, addresses and/or voices
for promotional purposes, without any form of compensation
.
11.
Correspondence and communication with contest participants will be strictly in
accordance with these contest rules or the initiative of contest organizers.
12.
The contest organizers reserve the right, to cancel, modify or suspend, in full or in part,
this contest if an event occurs that may corrupt or affect the security, impartiality or proceeding of
the contest such as stipulated in these contest rules.
13.
The eligible prize winner must be a Canadian resident, 18 years of age or older as of
December 31st,2017, 11:59 p.m. EST, whose names are duly entered in the computerized
contest database at the time of the draw.
14.
In every case, the contest organizers cannot be held to award more prizes than those
indicated in these contest rules.
15.
The contest organizers will not be held liable to any malfunction of a computer
Component, software, any breakdown of communication associated with the loss or
absence of a communication network or to any failed, incomplete, incomprehensible or
deleted transmission by any computer or network that might prevent any person from
being entered in this contest.
16.
All decisions by the contest organizers pertaining to this contest are final and not subject
to appeal.
17.
If a paragraph of these contest rules is declared or deemed illegal, unenforceable, or
invalid by a competent court, all other paragraphs that are not affected by such invalidity
shall be applied within the limits permitted by law.
20.
In case of divergence between the French and the English version of these contest rules,
the French version will prevail.
