Friday Mixed League
This league is open to SFEA Retirees and Members at least 17 years old and out of high
school. Please complete the enrollment form on the reverse side and return to Activities, K-1 or
SA-1, by 1 p.m. on July 27.
This league will bowl at Pheasant Lanes on Fridays at 4:45 p.m. The league starts on August
18 and runs for 16 weeks ending on December 8. There will be a free bowling night and
banquet on December 15.
A minimum team consists of 4 bowlers with at least 1 of the opposite sex.
This league is limited to the number of teams based on the number of lanes available at
Pheasant Lanes. Priority will be given to teams that have bowled in the prior year.
NEW THIS YEAR - This is a USBC sanctioned league. Team captains must turn in a sanction
card and payment for each bowler on the registration form at the same time the registration
form is submitted. Team captains should pick up sanction cards in the SFEA office. If some
bowlers sanction online at bowl.com or in other leagues, they must still fill out a sanction
card, but do not need to pay again. Checks should be made out to “GBUSBC”.
The weekly bowling fees will be $12 per person. Teams must pay for 4 bowlers each week,
whether or not 4 bowlers actually bowl.
This league is open to non-SFEA members. One guest per SFEA member is allowed; teams
must consist of at least 50% SFEA members each night.

All enrollments must be received in the Corporate South SFEA Office, K-1, or the Corporate
SFEA Office, SA-1, by 1 p.m. on the close date. SFEA is not responsible for late delivery of
mail. Teams that are already organized should complete ONE FORM PER TEAM. Captains,
please submit each member’s name and your team name. After sign-up, Greg Kahwaji will
communicate with all captains prior to the beginning of the league.
