Welcome to our school!
This is a book that will help you in our
school. This book will show you all the
different parts of our school. It will help
you to get used to the ways we act and the
things we do in our school

Our Classrooms
The classrooms are fun to play in with lego, K-nex
and books. They help people to learn and they are
safe and children can be happy there. You will find
chairs, tables and a whiteboard to explain things
more clearly if you don’t understand. You will also do
art, maths and literacy in these classrooms.

Making Friends
Children in our school are really friendly
and always play with each other nicely.
Making friends can sometimes be a little
bit hard. If you are friendly you will get
lots of friends.

Playtime
Playtime is a very important part of the day
and fun at the same time. Altogether we
have an hour and a half of playtime in the
day. We have playtime toys that you can
play with at playtime.

Outdoors
The outdoors of our school is really
exciting and is great for the pupils because
we have a MUGA (Multi Use Games Area),
the logs (a wooden play area) and the field
and playground which has markings to play
games on.

Library
The library is good to read in quietly. You
find computers in there and displays and
books to read. Some people work in here
sometimes. There are displays of books you
might want to read. We have to keep it
tidy.

Displays of our work
Displays show what your class has been
doing from the start of the term to the
end of the term. All the classes have
displays to show their work sometimes
painting, sometimes making things and even
building.

Fruit and Water
The fruit at our school is very healthy and
the fruit we have is bananas, apples,
tomatoes etc. It will give you lots of energy
then you will be able to do more sports with
your friends. Water keeps your body
running and makes your brain work.

School Lunches
Every day we have our lunch in the school
hall. Mrs Grange cooks yummy food and we
have lots of different kinds. Some children
bring the lunch from their house and have
sandwiches.

Our Hall
We have an enormous hall where we have
our lunch and do assemblies and PE.
Sometimes you might go in there to do a
club after school too. We have lots of
sports things to play with.

School Council
The school council are responsible and take
good care of people here at school and
collect money that comes to the school and
spend it on making the school better. The
school council has two members from each
year and we all share ideas with Mrs Cole.

Owls Club
The Owls club is awesome. There is before
and after school club and everybody has
lots of fun. We eat together and go outside
to play together too.
