agency run by and for people with a
learning disability’
dates-n-mates is about Connecting people and
introducing them to new and exciting things
What does dates-n-mates offer
matched and supported one to one dates
dating and social events
We also have
a calendar of varied social activities
A quarterly newsletter with a wide range
of information
Events will include
Music, theatre
Sports and leisure activities
Picnics and eating out
Club nights and karaoke
A chance to try new things
Some events will cost money and others will be free
How to join dates-n-mates
Members should be aged 18 years or older
Have a learning disability/difficulty
How much does it cost to be a member?
Annual membership
- £45 ‘mates’
- £60 ‘dates-n-mates’
This fee runs on a yearly basis from when you join
You can join if you would like to
get a date, or if you would just like to meet
new and old friends, or both
you will be able to meet people on a one to
one basis or in a group. There will be no
pressure on you to do anything that you dont
want to.
