These rib pieces are cut from locally sourced pork. Johnston Farms pride themselves on
locally sourced pork from farms all over the Fraser Valley, including Surrey. We fry our ribs
super crispy and toss them in steak spice and offer a molasses soy sauce dip.

It’s all about the Romaine. We use local farm fresh lettuce that sits in the fields down the
street waiting to be cleaned, chopped and tossed in our house made garlic dressing and
topped with crispy capers, crunchy croutons and premium Parmesan cheese.

Apple Galette $8
We chose the apple Galette for two simple reasons: we make it fresh in house and the
apples are local granny smith variety apples, fresh and crispy just hanging around in the
orchard down your street. We slow cook them in brown sugar and cinnamon and fill
a fresh made pastry shell, then top it with vanilla ice cream.
