Organisation (WHO) definition of health and a
simple version.
 Define the terms health and what it means in
terms of: Physical well-being, Mental wellbeing, Social well-being and Fitness and Health.


We use the World Health Organisation's definition of
'health' as it's the directing and coordinating authority for
health within the United Nations system
