Biographies
Wendy Rowe, CPC, CPMA: Approved AHIMA ICD-10/PCS Trainer
Experience includes a total of 14 years in healthcare, 3 of these years were spent working in a primary
care office in a variety of patient support roles. The remainder of these years I have spent as a
coder/auditor providing coding, auditing, and education for physician services for Wound Care,
Hospital, Pulmonary, Genetic, Endocrinology, Oncology/Hematology, General Surgery, Urology, and
Primary Care specialties.
Education:
2005 obtained CPC from AAPC
2012 obtained my CPMA from AAPC
2013 became an approved AHIMA trainer status for ICD-10
2013 obtained ICD-10 cert from AAPC
Currently working towards obtaining my COC
I am a student, at Franklin Pierce College, and I am working towards my bachelor’s degree in
Healthcare management.
In my spare time I love to travel, love to create family memories, and enjoy the art of cross stitching.

Jane Tuttle, CPC, CPC-H, CPC-I, CCS-P is a certified coding and compliance educator and consultant
with more than 27 years of experience in health care administration including the areas of, chartauditing, corporate compliance, HIPAA regulations, practice management, billing, coding and
reimbursement. In 2005, Ms. Tuttle formed, CODING EDUCATION ENDEAVORS to serve
consulting clients and teach coding students throughout the New England area. She has been a
professional coding instructor for 15 years and is a certified ICD-10CM instructor.
Biographies
Carlene Parker
Native of Maine, majoring in education and has served in the Medicare field for 34 years. Since 2013,
worked for National Government Services, Inc., in the Jurisdiction K Part B Provider Outreach and
Education Department with responsibilities in educating providers within the States of Connecticut,
Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. My background and
focus is on collaboration within the NGS interdepartmental areas, which has led me to a number of
educating roles within the JK contract.
Ellen Wood, CPC, CMPE
Ellen M Wood has been working in the medical field for over 20 years and been a certified coder for
over 13 years. I am the practice manager for Seacoast General Surgery in N.H, as well as being the
adjunct professor at the local Community College for the last 3 years. My experience includes-but not
limited to-mentoring my employed coders, daily management of a very busy surgical practice and
oversight of the Meaningful Use policies and objectives, PQRS, and ePrescribing programs - to name a
few.
I helped start and was on the board of the first AAPC NH Local Chapter, which now supports many
NH CPCs.
I am proud to represent the Northeast on NAB and look forward to getting involved and learning
everything I can.

Use either the Main entrance near the parking garage or the South entrance. Both entrances
have clearly displayed signs to the Garrison Wing.

Limited parking is available at the South entrance with additional parking available in the
parking garage.
