SCORPIONS NETBALL CLUB PLAYER CONTRACT Scorpions Netball Club requires each registered player to read and agree to the below terms as a condition of their registration for the 2017 season. If the contract is breached disciplinary action will be taken by the club, and your 2018 registration will not be accepted. I agree: q
that I have read and understand the following policies: 1. Grading Policy 2. Social Media Policy q
that I have read and understood the Club’s Code of Conduct (Player) q
to pay all fees by the date/s specified at the time of registration q
to attend all grading sessions as stipulated at the time of registration, or notify the club of any absences via email q
to attend every training and game unless I have personally contacted my coach by giving as much notice as possible, to allow adjustments to training plans. q
that I may have additional time off on game day if I do not attend training (subject to each coach and their expectations which will be communicated at the first training session as a team). q
to notify my coach of any planned holidays with sufficient notice if the holiday will conflict with training or games. q
to support fundraising activities (each individual fundraiser will stipulate what or how members can support it), and accept that my registration in 2018 will not be accepted if I fail to do this.

to wear the correct uniform at all times as stipulated below. I am aware that if I do not wear the correct uniform I may not be able to participate until the correct uniform is worn. 1. Official Scorpions Netball Club training top on Wednesday nights. 2. Correct footwear for netball at both training and games (does not include casual shoes that have no laces or shoes such as sketchers, converse etc) 3. Official Scorpions Netball Club game dress on Saturdays with navy or black shorts / bloomers underneath which do not come below the hem of the dress. q
to deal with any dispute using the appropriate process: 1. Approaching my coach either before or after training or games. 2. If the issue goes unresolved I will contact the vice president ([email protected]) 3. If matter is still unresolved I will write to the Scorpions Netball Committee via email to [email protected]. q
to represent the Club with pride and good sportsmanship q
to respect and support my coach, their decisions on and off court and all other club officials q
