Regarding allocation of posts of PGTs in respect to GHS Sonda (Ambala) [4484]
On the basis of subject-wise enrolment data for classes 9th to 12th as furnished by the school on
MIS Portal upto 30.09.2016 ,the Department has determined rationalized allocation of posts of PGTs:Subject of PGT

The rationalization exercise might have rendered some posts surplus, so the surplus staff, if any,
will have to be shifted to some other school where vacant posts are available.
The question of as to which teacher is surplus shall be determined in the following order:1. Guest faculty (PGT cadre). In case the working guest faculties are more than
surplus teachers, the guest faculties having longer stay in school will be
shifted.
2. Longer stayee regular PGT
The surplus staff, if any, may be advised/ intimated in writing to seek further stations of their
choice by participating in the upcoming online general transfer drive. This surplus staff will be relieved from
the school upon generation of the transfer orders through online.
However, if a surplus teacher fails to participate in the online general transfer drive then he shall be
posted anywhere in the state as per the stipulations of the New Transfer Policy, 2017.
