WHY UPGRADE/REPLACE AT THIS TIME?

AGE OF CARDIO – Your current make & model cardio machines are consider to be designed &
constructed for light commercial use. They have reached beyond their projected functional life
expectancy of 6-8 years.

REPAIRS – Under normal use, parts have experienced wear…to the extent that costly
replacement is inevitable. Repairs at this stage of the equipment’s life term should be considered
cost prohibitive & ill-advised. It is not a matter of if the current machines will fail, but when.

VALUE OF EXISTING EQUIPMENT – A trade at fair market value is being offered for some of your
cardio units at this time. Value is determined by brand, model, age, condition, and whether the
machine has received maintenance in accordance to the manufacturer’s specifications.
Machines that are not fully functional or for which parts are not available have no trade value, as
there is limited opportunity to reuse. There is a cost to remove and dispose of these machines.


COMPLEMENTARY ADD-ON’S

Preventative Maintenance – Commercial Fitness Products will provide Quarterly
Preventative Maintenance visits for the first year following installation and will
include all of your fitness equipment – both new and existing.

Equipment Orientation – CFP will provide 2 training seminars to help residents get
aquainted with the new and existing machines and provide helpful tips on working
out and a healthy diet.

Loaner Ellipticals – Upon receipt of your order, we will install loaner ellipticals to use
until the new units arrive.

Move equipment to match the new layout – At the time of installation, our team of
installers will rearrange your current equipment to match the agreed upon new
layout.
