Inventory Template Instructions:
Category
Leave this field blank. This will assigned by the Gallery Manager.
Product Name
This should include the title of the art along with its dimensions in inches using
the following format with the height listed first: The Road Less Traveled 36x24. Three dimensional art should list all three: HxWxD.
Quantity
When dropping off art, this must be a positive number (ie 1). When removing art
this must be a negative number (ie -1).
Cost
Leave this field blank. This will assigned by the Gallery Manager which will be
70% of the next field.
Price
Fill in the retail cost of the art. This is the price which will be displayed with the
art. The Gallery commission is 30% of this price.
Item #
This must include your item's part number with the following addition: Prefix
your three initials (first middle last). Example: KJE587.
Barcode #
This must match the previous field (Item #) exactly.
Color
Leave this field blank.
Tax Sales Tax
Mark this field 'yes'.
Variation Charge
Leave this field blank.
