This document describes the version 7.1.1 of CTM.
None of the current features or changes in this release has any impact on the pre-existing
functionality if not mentioned explicitly in this release notes, any training may thus be done postrelease, if desired.
1.1
Amendments in contract list
To get a better overview of the contract amendments, there are two indicators added in the contract
list (i) Indicator in contract list and (ii) Amendment information included in Excel export.
The indicator in the contract list is an icon ( ) if the contract has at least one amendment.
Exporting the contract list to Excel will give you the list of amendments. The amendments are visible
in light blue below each contract.
The colour indications are described at the top right of the screen shot.
1.2
Corrections for Internet Explorer 11
Microsoft released a new version of Internet Explorer and some functionality in CTM is not fully
compliant with the new Internet Explorer, mostly due to that when the new IE11 “presents” itself to
the web site, it has another signature than all the previous versions of Internet Explorer.



User interface and navigation changes
1.3.1 Increased pop-up window sizes
Some of the pop-up window has been too small and all texts and information were not displayed
without having to scroll, the following windows sizes are increased











View tender information
Open envelopes
Warning for broadcasting messages
Supplier upload of attachments to qualification questions
Supplier response submission verification
Supplier preview of response
Supplier CPV and category selection in profile
List of document viewers
In system maintenance, the detailed used information
1.3.2 Supplier response opens in new tab
When viewing a single supplier response , it is opened in a new tab instead of in the same window.
1.3.3 End time of auction can be updated during auction
There has been a restriction that the end time of an auction cannot be manually changed during an
ongoing auction, that restriction has now been removed and the authority is allowed to change the
end time for an ongoing auction.
The changes to the end time are logged in the audit trail
1.3.4 Increased text length for message subjects
A message sent within CTM can now have a subject that is 255 characters, instead of the previous
100.
1.3.5 Annual production supplier profile
In the supplier profile there is a field for annual production, that field has now been increased to be
able to include 13 characters (only digits).
1.4
System administrator
1.4.1 Close projects/workspaces as sys-admin
The system administrators and operators have been given the possibility to close a whole
project/workspace and all ongoing tenders within the project.
1.4.2 View user system modules
Previously the users had their own view of all system modules available in CTM and those that were
installed for each user. This view is now removed, changes or information regarding installed
modules please contact your CTM sales office or CTM partner.
