OUR INTERESTING TOPICS
 According to the design of the P2-CC network layout.
 Study of the network layout with the anticipated data
traffic, identifications of possible issues such as hot spots
 Proposal of alternative network layout to address the
issues identified
EXPECTED RESULTS
 Simulation
 Evaluate the performance of the designed layout by
using ns-3 network simulator
 Address issues found in the simulation
 Re-design and evaluate by simulation again
 Mathematical analysis
 Construct a queuing model
 Analyze the performance based on the model

EXPECTED WORK PLAN
 From now- Aug 2017 : Study the design of network layout
and try to simulate it.
 Aug- Dec 2017: Address issues, evaluate its performance and
redesign it with CERN.
 Jan-Mar 2018: Evaluate the re-designed network by
simulation.
 Jan-May 2018: Do mathematical analysis by using the queuing
theory
 Mar-July 2018: Write a report and also thesis.
