Our aim is to broker good value energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions for residents and businesses across local government areas in metropolitan and regional Victoria. Positive Charge is managing this Expression of Interest (EoI) on behalf of Hobsons Bay City Council. The EoI is for the supply and installation of energy efficient lighting options for residents and businesses across Hobsons Bay. Council plans to run lighting upgrade programs utilising the services of preferred lighting providers. Any selected provider will be provided the opportunity of an introduction to registered program participants who may/or may not sign a contract with the provider(s). Any agreement between the provider and Council will be valid for 24 months1 with the possibility of an extension beyond subject to review.
