Make Your First Game App M/T/W/Th/F M/T/W/Th/F June 13 ‐ 17 June 13 ‐ 17 9am to noon 1 to 4pm Ages: 8 ‐ 10 Ages 11 ‐ 14 Course Descrip on: Take the first steps into the world of mobile app design and customize your own game app! Using a specialized app & game develop‐ ment tool, students will explore the world of web‐based (HTML5) mobile apps. In addi on to learning the basics of mobile app design and game develop‐ ment, you will also see firsthand how the world of App publishing func ons. Student‐created apps will be accessible on a private site and can be played on any mobile device or computer. No prior experience is necessary and students do not need to own a smartphone or tablet to take the class. Day 1 ‐ Students will learn the planning process of building an app. Introduc on/Overview What is an App?
