How to Send Us Your Pictures
You can post us a CD with your pictures on it or if you would like to email us some of your
photographs, you MUST resize them first.
These are instructions for downloading some FREE software that will allow you to resize a batch
of photographs at the one time. There is other FREE software available to download online, we
have chosen Fotosizer as a suggestion.
The Following instructions will show you how to:

1. Go to www.fotosizer.com
2. Click Download
3. Then Download Now
4. Follow the downloading process by clicking Next and tick the terms and conditions.
5.When the downloading process is complete, the icon for fotosizer will either show on your
desktop or in the programs list
2. Using Fotosizer
Make sure you have the images you want to resize in a folder (with an appropriate name, for
example ‘Summer Fun Day’) in the My Pictures folder. In your named folder add another folder
called New Folder (this will be used in step 4)
If you don not know how to add a folder please refer to the NOTES below.
1. Open Fotosizer
2. Click ADD FOLDER (locate the folder with the images you want to resize)
3. Resize Settings – change the width to 550
Tick maintain aspect ratio
Tick change quality to 60%
4. Destination Settings – Locate the New Folder (this is in your images folder)
Click OK
Output Format – Jpeg
5. Click START
6. The resized images will be in the New Folder in your ‘Summer Fun Day’ folder – you must now
email the photos to us by opening your email and attaching each resized picture.
NOTES
To create a folder in My Pictures – open My Pictures and Right click with your mouse on a blank
space and choose New Folder.
To Rename this folder to for example ‘Summer Fun Day’ – Right click on the folder and choose
Rename, type in the new name.
