PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION (maximum 5 pages + forms) I: Presentation of the contents of the entire programme - Outline the purpose of the implementation of the programme; - Describe the organisational form of a creative core and co-ordination of the implementation of R&D projects (management method, organisation of the programme implementation); - Explain the long-term management strategy and the creative core development strategy; - Describe the expected results and effects of the programme; use the appended Form A to further define the result and effect indicators and their respective values expected after the conclusion of the programme; - Define the risks and risk management method; - Outline the course of the implementation; append a schedule and management chart to the above description (Gantt chart). DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL (maximum 5 pages + forms) I: Research and development potential - Define the concentration of potentials in the area of work and critical mass of knowledge and competences of the researchers participating in the programme; - List the ten most important scientific publications of the researchers participating in the programme (from 2006 to 2011); - Describe contacts, projects and joint achievements made to date with research organisations and the business sector at the regional and international level by the programme participants. FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY AND ECONOMIC VIABILITY (maximum 4 pages + forms) I: Information about the financial plan - Outline the financial plan of the programme for its entire duration by year and eligible cost category; specify the basic points for the preparation of the financial plan in the descriptive part and complete the forms with the data required; - Specify the funds needed for managing the creative core and the funds needed for the implementation of the research and development projects within the programme (administrative needs, dissemination of the knowledge acquired, performance of the research work); - Outline the entire financial plan (total value of the grant) by year and by year and eligible cost category on Form C. II: Economic viability - Specify and describe the research equipment necessary to implement the programme in connection with the implementation of the research and development projects (separately for each piece of equipment); - Substantiate the need to purchase/rent the equipment (effectiveness) and identify the synergistic impact and potential resulting from the purchase/rent; - List the organisation's existing equipment available for carrying out the research and development projects.
