AGED 4-12 Years Activities will be supervised by Kylie Smyth, Ellie Hatcher, Emily Raper,
Annemarie Stewart, and Melissa Wall - our volunteer nursery nurses/teachers.
This year’s Saturday Evening Showcase is “Pop Princesses”.
Saturday
9:00 - Name games and decoration of children’s name badges
9:45 - Arts and crafts
10:15 - Games – Free Play
11:00 - Crafts for Saturday Evening Show
12:00 - Take home craft
12.30 - Lunch with parents
1: 50 - Meet back at the Eccleston Suite
1.50 - Free Play
2.15 - Dance class with Sam, a simple routine to perform at the Saturday Evening Show in the
Eccleston Suite
3.15 - Free Play & complete crafts
5:00 - Finish Parents please pick up your children promptly from the Eccleston Suite
Baby & Toddlers Programme
There will be free play, story and song time and creative play. It also helps to bring along a
few of their own toys to play with.
Sunday Morning
I the Eccleston for the fun mini cinema to watch a family film, or free play for those that
prefer not to watch the film. Followed by a fun filled show by JONO the Magician.
Please drop all children off at the Eccleston suite at 8.50 am Sat & 9.50 am Sunday.
Please collect your children promptly to allow the volunteers to get their lunch & ready for
dinner. Please sign your child in and out of the programme and ensure that you have
completed the consent form thank you.
