TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RHB e-Duit Raya Campaign
CAMPAIGN PERIOD
1. RHB Bank Berhad (“RHB”) is organizing “RHB e-Duit Raya Campaign” (“Campaign”) commences
at 00:00:01 on 12 June 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 on 24 July 2017 (Malaysia Standard Time),
both time and dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
2. This Campaign is open to RHB Now Mobile Banking App users who are eighteen (18) years of age
and above (“Eligible Participant”) of RHB Bank/RHB Easy with Savings and/or Current Account
EXCEPT the following:
a) A Wadiah Savings account holder; or
b) A sole proprietor who holds a current account with a business trade name; or
c) Permanent and/or contract employees of RHB Banking Group (including its subsidiaries and
related companies), including their respective immediate family members (parents, spouse,
children and siblings); or
d) Representatives and/or agents who is directly involved in this Campaign.
3. During the Campaign Period, any Eligible Participant who has performed at least one (1) RHB eDuit Raya transaction via RHB Now Mobile Banking App (“Transaction”) would be automatically
deemed to be participating in this Campaign.
4. Any Transaction made before and/or after the Campaign Period will not be accepted and will be
disqualified.
CAMPAIGN MECHANICS
5. To qualify for the cash reward, the Eligible Participant must:
a) Perform a minimum transfer of RM10.00 per transaction with RHB e-Duit Raya via RHB Now
Mobile Banking App during the Campaign Period AND;
b) Ensure that the recipient has collected the money you transferred to them during the
Campaign Period.
6. Eligible Participant who performs more transfer with RHB e-Duit Raya via RHB Now Mobile
Banking App and fulfil the above criteria will get higher chance of getting the cash reward
(“Winner”).
CAMPAIGN REWARDS
7. In total, there are hundred (100) Winners throughout the Campaign Period.
8. The amount of cash reward to be rewarded to the Winners are 50% from the selected transaction
amount transferred (by the automated selection system) with RHB e-Duit Raya.
For example:
If the Eligible Participant performs 3 times RHB e-Duit Raya transactions throughout the
Campaign Period with the amount of e.g. RM50.00, RM90.00 and RM150.00 respectively. During
the winners selection process, the transaction amount that has been selected by the automated
selection system is RM50.00, the Winner will be rewarded with RM25.00 cash.
9. Each Winner is eligible to win only once throughout the Campaign Period. Repeated Winner(s) are
not allowed.
10. Cash reward is capped at maximum of RM500.00 per Winner.

WINNER SELECTION PROCESS
The followings are the selection process that will be adopted to determine the Winner(s).
11. Campaign report extraction will be done after Campaign Period has ended.
12. The automated selection system will select 100 RHB e-Duit Raya transactions with minimum
amount of RM10.00 performed by Eligible Participant.
FULFILMENT OF PRIZES
13. Winner(s) will receive a notification on the winning via secured message that will be sent to the
Winner(s) RHB Now Inbox Message.
14. Cash prizes will be credited to the Winner’s RHB current/savings account that is registered with
RHB Now Internet Banking within thirty (30) working days after the Winner’s announcement has
been made through secured message sent to Winner(s)’s RHB Now Inbox Message and/or other
means of Campaign fulfilment which is deemed fit by RHB.
15. Winner’s RHB current/savings account must remain open, active and valid from the Campaign
Period until 31 October 2017 for the purpose of cash reward fulfilment. In the event the RHB
current/savings account is closed due to any reason whatsoever on or before 31 October 2017
(which includes at any time during the Campaign Period), the Winner shall be disqualified from
receiving the cash reward.
16. The Winner(s) shall be responsible to notify RHB via channels as per listed below no later than 31
August 2017 for non-receipt of cash reward, failing which, winner(s) shall be deemed to have had
received and accepted the cash reward from RHB.

17. RHB will not be responsible for any unclaimed cash reward after 31 October 2017.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
18. RHB’s decisions on all matters related to the Campaign including the determination of winner(s)
shall be final and conclusive. All prizes are not transferable and subject to the Terms and
Conditions stated herein. No correspondence, queries, appeals or protests shall be entertained.
19. RHB reserves the right to disqualify any and all entries from any Eligible Participant in this
Campaign and prohibit that person from further participating in this Campaign in the event that
there is a suspicion that the Eligible Participant tampered with or benefited from tampering the
regulations of this Campaign or the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
20. RHB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign. Any cancellation,
termination or suspension of the Campaign by RHB shall not entitle the Eligible Participant(s) to
any claim or compensation against RHB for any loss or damage incurred by the Eligible
Participant(s) as a direct and indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension. RHB
shall provide prior notice either by displaying at the RHB website and/or other means of
communication that may be deemed appropriate by RHB.
21. RHB’s decision is final and no correspondence disputing RHB's decision will be entertained. RHB
reserves the right at its discretion provided that RHB has given notice of twenty one (21) calendar
days to the Eligible Participant(s) to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from
time to time either by displaying at the RHB website and/or other means of communication that
may be deemed appropriate by RHB. If any future modification of these Terms and Conditions are
unacceptable to the Eligible Participant(s), they should discontinue any further participation on
this Campaign.

22. RHB shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Campaign due to any act of God, war, riot,
strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, storm, technical or system failures or any event
beyond the reasonable control of RHB.
23. All prizes(s) are non-transferable to any 3rd party, in part or in full.
24. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other brochure,
marketing or promotional materials relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall
prevail.
25. By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Participant consents to RHB processing their
personal information for purpose of administering the Campaign and contacting them in relation
to the same (“Purpose”).
26. It is necessary for RHB to process the Eligible Participant’s personal information for the Purpose,
without which they will not be able to participate in this Campaign.
27. The Eligible Participant’s personal information may be disclosed to other companies within the
RHB Banking Group (which shall include its holding company, subsidiary(s), and any associated
company(s), including any company as a result of any restructuring, merger, sale or acquisition),
service providers, and vendors and any of their respective agents, servants and/or such persons,
whether located within or outside Malaysia for the Purpose, if applicable, subject at all times to
any laws (including regulations, standards, guidelines and/or obligations) applicable to RHB.
28. By participating in the Campaign, Eligible Participant(s) agree to be bound by the Terms and
Conditions.
29. Eligible Participant(s) are encouraged to call RHB Customer Care Centre at 03 9206 8118 to
update their latest contact details.
