SCMHA Registration Information for the 2017-2018 Hockey Year

For early registration, fees are discounted by $50/player.
New to 2017:
•June 15th is the NEW early registration deadline.
•There is NO in person registration, ONLY online.
•4 equal payments
•After June 15th its FULL payment only. NO equal payments. Payments accepted will
be VISA or Mastercard only.
•Kidsport applicants will have the $500 (or registration fee, whichever is greater)
deducted from the registrations. After June 15th, Kidsport applicants will only receive
$440 (or registration fee less $60)
•Referee fees will be forwarded to team account and deducted from registration fees.
There will be the probability of very little parent fees.
•Reminder that the system times out, so don’t enter all your information and hope to
come back and finish hours or days later.
•Late fees will be as followed:
1.After Sept 1st, $100 added to regular registration fees.
2.After October 1st, $200 will be added to regular registration fees.

Payment Instructions for either Cheques or VISA/MC are below.
Post-dated cheques plus printed receipt must be dropped off at 812 Battleford Trail,
Swift Current, Sask. S9H 5R1 by June 15th, 2017 to get the early discount. (An email
will be sent to confirm registration, if you don’t get the email contact Dave Smith @

FIRST TIME USERS:
If you have never registered online before you will have to set up an account.
If your child has never played before, then you will need to add the child.
If your child(ren) have played with SCMHA in the past, they will be on the system.
(see below). If you can’t find a match and your child has played with SCMHA in the
past, try other forms of first names (nick name, etc). Please do not add your child
again, please contact Dave ([email protected]) as your child will be on the
database and creating a new player will cause duplicates in the system.
RETURNING ONLINE USERS:
You should be able to just log in to your account.
Previously registered players will be listed and you should be able to register again.
Please make sure your information is up to date (address, etc.)
CHEQUE PAYMENT OPTIONS (For early registration only.)
In order to receive the $50.00 per child discount we need you to either pay in full or by
4 post-dated cheques by June 1st, July 1st, August 1st and September 1st, 2017
(cheques are made payable to SCMHA).
There will be a $35.00 charge for all NSF cheques.
The post-dated cheques must accompany the June 15th payment to qualify for the
discount.

VISA/MC PAYMENT OPTIONS
In order to receive the $50.00 per child discount we need you to either pay in full or by
initial payment (25%) then 3 post-dated transactions on July 1st, August 1st and
September 1st, 2017.
There is a $35.00 charge for all declined post-dated Visa/MC transactions.

KIDSPORT
Parents who use Kidsport are also able to register online.
The amount is $500 per calendar year for all sports you may claim (if already claimed
for soccer, ball, etc., you won’t get the full $500).
Submit application as soon as possible.

FEMALE REGISTRANTS
The default for female players will be female hockey. If a female wants to play COED,
you MUST specify otherwise she will be automatically registered with Female. The
decision has to be made before Sept 11 (changes cannot be made after this date).
Reminders:
1.Only Early Online registration can be used for post-dated cheques
2.Visa/MasterCard have the option of the 4 payment system
3.4-payment option of June 15, July 1st, August 1st, and September 1st.
