General information:
The available vending spaces for the Southwest Section Conference (SWSC) are limited; therefore, vendors’ locations will be
assigned on a first register first serve basis.
To reserve a space as a vendor, you must pre-register via the Southwest Section website @ swsc2017.org. There will be no late
vendor registration on site.
Vending tables will be provided; however, table coverings and decorations fall on the responsibility of the registered vendor.
Friday’s initial setup begins at 10:00am and should be completed by 12:00pm, or after Zhur prayer. Saturday and Sunday the
doors to the venue are open at 8:00am for your convenience. Sunday’s close down begins after Zhur prayer and should be
completed by 3:00pm. Schedules for each day will be posted on the SWSC website for your convenience.
Obligations of the Vendor:
1. The Vendor agrees to use all reasonable and necessary efforts to provide quality services.
2. The Vendor will respect obligatory prayer times and will not setup or vend during those times.
3. The Vendor will ensure all services/products meet the approval of our religious beliefs and shall be subject to right of
inspection where deemed necessary. Any product/s that are deemed not in accord with our religious beliefs, will be
asked to be removed.
4. Any person/s the vendor proposes to employ is the sole responsibility of the contracted vendor and will be required
to meet all contract requirements.
