Reason for International Transfer:
An ITC is ONLY required if a player has represented one country in a FIL event and wishes to represent
another country at a following FIL event.
An ITC must be received by January 1, in the year of the event, with the exception of a player participating in a
U19 event and then a senior event.
A player can apply only one time for an International Transfer Card and that transfer of nationality is binding.
