Cercetare: supervizarea activitatii de cercetare a studentilor (licenta si master) in cadrul
proiectelor de cercetare; publicarea rezultatelor experimentale in reviste si carti de
specialitate. Directii de cercetare: biocataliza implicand preparerea biocatalizatorilor (cu
componenta bioactiva de tip celula sau proteina purificata), caracterizarea biocatalizatori
(UV-Vis, FTIR, XFD, SPR, QCM, SEM, TEM, LSD), realizarea sistemelor biocatalitice pe
baza proceselor catalitice omogene/heterogene; tehnici analitice pentru monitorizarea
proceselor catalitice (GC, HPLC, MS, FID/TCD, tehnici spectrofotometrice – UV-Vis,
chemiluminescenta si fluorescenta).

analitului direct din proba reala pe baza imuno-interactiei anticorp-antigen (ISLM – immuno
supported liquid membrane extraction-analysis); biocataliza in sisteme complexe (cataliza
enzimatica, rezolutie cinetica dinamica, rezolutie cinetica si cataliza pe baza de celule
integrale); biosenzori inserati in diferite sisteme analitice (ex. sisteme cu injectare in flux (FI)
sau sisteme secventiale (SI)) si cuplati la sisteme de detectie electrochimica si/sau optica
(ex. chemiluminescenta/fluorescenta/UV/VIS); chimie bio-organica (ex. sinteza tracer-ilor in
cadrul sistemelor de imunoanaliza); imobilizare de proteine (ex. anticorp, enzima, etc.) pe
suport solid (particula de poliester, silica, aur sau particule magnetice la scara micro/nanometru); automatizare si/sau miniaturizare a sistemelor analitice; statistica si chemometrie in
Chimia Analitica; realizarea de lucrari experimentale virtuale care presupun aplicarea
cunostintelor de baza in Chimie Analitica (ex. sisteme de analiza in flux, electrozi selectivi,
imunoanaliza).
