Kadrina. In that area the operating businesses
own seven properties with a total area of ​16,8

Physical Description and Details:
The plot stands, in terms of location, along Kadrina small
town and Tapa-Rakvere road (Sõmeru-Rakvere-Pärnu road
T5). Alongside the plot there is Haka Plast Ltd production.
There isn’t any existing buildings on the plot. Therefore the
detail plans must be drawn. The connection points
(electricity, water, sewerage), are situated inside the border.

Amongst other possibilities from Kadrina high school we can bring
out the development of the engineering study - primarily learning to
use AutoCad program. In addition, the curriculum includes the
following subjects: technical drawing and strength study, program
AutoCad, the basics of marketing and sales, architectural design,
logistics, organization and management, professional English
language, mathematical logic.
The initiative came from the support of the local businesses (Aru
Grupp Ltd, Pixner, etc.), with a particular interest in a qualified
worklabor.
In addition to curriculum development and teacher support
from the side of the Tallinn University of Technology, with whom
Kadrina High School has a corresponding partnership contract. With
the development of activities we apply bigger percentage of engineers
and technical specialists in the people of Kadrina, which would help
the growth of businesses and the rise in living standards.
Region's
young people receive support and encouragement in technical and
engineering areas to study in secondary and higher education
establishments, through which the speciality what is needed in labor
market is achieved.
Quality of life factors:

Education - Option to acquire pre-school education in Kadrina
kindergarten (including Hulja kindergarten). In high school the
opportunity to acquire general education. Partly as a vocational
opportunity through elective system.

provides primary medical services. Kadrina municipality is a part
owner of Rakvere Hospital.

Culture and Leisure - Operating Kadrina municipal library and
community center. In cultural heritage development there is an
important role in the Kadrina church. For sports there are Kadrina
sports hall (gym, a wrestling hall, shooting range, swimming pool),
Stadium (football), ballgames court (basketball, volleyball, tennis), a
skateboard park. Health tracks are being development – in
completion is Kadrina Hulja-light traffic road. With health sport you
can deal with in Neeruti and Pariis (running, skiing).
Real estate - A total of 1 140 apartments in the Kadrina area
(approximately 78 000 m² of space for living). Kadrina small town
has 734 apartments. Kadrina borough is developing a residential
neighborhood of houses in many areas of the building. Higher on
the shore of the reservoir Kadrina Jõetaguse residential area, where
