Dear Parents,
We would like to inform you that your child has been selected to participate in Texas
AIM’s Ace it! at the _______ Boys & Girls Club.
Sessions will begin Tuesday, January 19 and will be held EVERY
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3pm – 4:30pm.
During this time, it is important that your child attend EVERY instructional session so
he/she received the full benefit of this academic support. If your child is not present or
you cannot commit to the times listed above, this space will be given to another child
who can benefit from the services provided.
If you were to purchase the program directly at a Sylvan Learning Center it would cost
you more than $1500.00. Your child was chosen to receive these services for FREE.
Your child’s attendance and participation is an important part of their achievement in the
subject being offered.
Parent Orientation attendance is MANDATORY for your child to participate in
Texas AIM and will take place Wednesday, January 10 at 5pm at the
Boys & Girls Club (Location)
