Oakville Soccer Club Adult League Team Registration Instructions for Captains Team Registration Captains should follow these steps to set up their team and process payment for the summer season. *PLEASE NOTE* Captains returning from 2017 winter season may use your existing team, please skip steps 4 and 5. 1. If you are a new player and have never registered with OSC before, please visit the Club at 1520 Pine Glen Road with photo ID to create an account. Returning players already have an account. 2. Log in to your account by clicking here or 'Register Now' in the top right corner of our website. If you need assistance accessing your account, please contact 905-849-4436 ext. 4440 for assistance or click the 'Forgot Password' link. 3. Once you are logged in, verify that your personal information is correct and click 'next step' 4. Click the red 'register team' button to begin creating a team 5. Enter your team name and division preference. Please note that team names must not include any inappropriate language or connotations and that division preference cannot be guaranteed. Once you have entered the information, click 'next step' to return to the Involvement page. 6. At the bottom of the page you will see the team that you created. In the team box, click the red 'new registration'. This will allow you to select which League your team will play in. 7. Select the league that the team will play in (Coed, Men's Open Age, Ladies 35+, etc.) You will then be presented with two payment options, “Captain pays $3925” and “Each player pays $255”. Captain Pays $3925, meaning the captain will pay the full registration fee Each Player pays $255, meaning the captain may divide fee’s amongst teammates as needed to cover the full team fee If your team would like OSC provided Uniforms, you will also select “OSC to Provide Team Uniforms”, if you would like to divide the uniform cost to players as well, select the “each player pays $10” bubble. 8. The team deposit amount is $1275, equivalent to 5x the individual registration cost of $255. This amount is counted as part of the team balance and can be paid by multiple people on the team. The deposit amount must be paid by the registration deadline of May 7th 2017. No spots will be held without payment of deposit, no exceptions. 9. To begin rostering your team, click the 'edit roster' button to begin adding players to your team. Each player you add to your team must have an account registered with OSC. If they have played in the Adult League previously, they will have an account. If they are new players with the Oakville Soccer Club, they will need to visit the Club at 1520 Pine Glen Road with photo ID and have an account created for them. In order to add a player to a team you will require their first name, last name, and email then the system Oakville Soccer Club Adult League Team Registration Instructions for Captains will automatically add the correct player to your team. 10. This is where you will be able to edit the individual player fee by entering the amount you would like the player to play in the fee box. Please note that the combined amount of all players must equal either $3925 or $4125. Example - if you have 20 players on your team, $3925 / 20 = $196.25, which is the amount each player would owe. You may assign different amounts to certain players. This fee will appear in the player's personal account. An Out-of-Town fee of $10.00 will be automatically added to the cart of all players who reside outside of the Town of Oakville. If your team has opted to have OSC provide uniforms, you will also need to edit their uniform payment amount this can be done under the uniform registration which is located underneath the league registration on your main profile. Continue the process until your entire team has been rostered. Please note that week 6 is the deadline for player registration, click next step. 11. On the next page you will have to click the checkbox to accept the waivers. You will then be taken to the payment page to enter your credit card information. If you wish you pay by cash, please visit the Pine Glen Soccer Centre once you have completed the above steps.
