Searching for Distribution Points (step-by-step) You can locate Distribution Points by: 1. providing an address (point of reference), with respect to the location of the nearest Distribution Points 2. choosing a road number from the list (box: Road), with respect to the location of the nearest Distribution Points. 3. choosing from the list the name of a petrol station or of another distributor operating under the viaTOLL system (box: Partners) 1. Searching by entering an address There are three ways of entering an address (point of reference), with respect to the nearest Distribution Points search. a) Entering the address via a form. Enter an address or part thereof. The street and road number are in an option box. The more data you enter, the better the search result. Click , to start the search. You will see a choice of locations in a drop-down box. Choose the most appropriate location. b) Choosing a city with over 5 000 residents Choose a city from a drop-down box. Clicking Distribution Point search. c) will let you to use it as an address during Choosing a border crossing Choose a border crossing from a drop-down box. Clicking during Distribution Point search. will let you to use it as an address d) Address search on the map You may search the addresses by clicking an estimated location on the map. Use the tool to find the address on the map. After search completion, the Potential address box will display the address, with respect to the location of the nearest Distribution Points search. The search tool will become inactive. To perform a new search, you must turn on the device once more. 2. Setting up additional search filters You can determine additional search filters to locate Distribution Points. Value "--" means that a given filter is not considered. Distance (km) Setting used with a chosen address to establish maximum Distribution Point search coverage. Partners Setting used to filter Distribution Points by name of petrol station chain or by name of another distributor operating under the viaTOLL system. Note: this setting may also be used without the address of a point of reference. Road The setting may be used to filter Distribution Points by the road, on which they are located. Caution: The filter is used without an address of a point of reference. If more than one filter is turned on, all Distribution Points which satisfy the search criteria will be found. If the “Distance” filter was chosen, the maximum number of Distribution Points will be limited to 5, regardless of other activated filters. If the “Distance” filter is not used, all Distribution Points matching given settings (more than 5) will be displayed. If no filter was chosen, all Distribution Points will be found. 3. Starting the search or cancelling settings To start the search click To cancel all settings click . . 4. Viewing results Search results will be displayed in a table and the Distribution Points found will be displayed on the map. To get detailed information on a given Distribution Point click a hyperlink in the appropriate column of the table. To print the results click located above and under the results table. To display detailed data on a Distribution Point, click the contractor’s Partner name in the table or scroll over the icon displayed on the map and click the contractor’s Partner name in the displayed box. Scrolling over a line in the table will display an appropriate symbol on the map, showing the currently chosen Distribution Point. Scrolling over a Distribution Point symbol will display an appropriate prompt with address data and a hyperlink allowing access to detailed Distribution Point data.
