Descriptions and entry criteria.
1) Humphrey Hicks - Advanced Play Singles. (level)
Open to players H 8 and below, with experience of the advanced game.
26 point Game - 3 hours. Finals - best of three games.

(as this is level advanced play, + or - depends on difference in handicap steps between players).
2) Sheila Adams Cup - Handicap Advanced Play Singles H 11 - 16
Advanced game with bisques. Open to players with experience of the Advanced game.
26 point Game - 3 hours.

3) Owen Cup - Handicap Singles – H 11 - 18
26 Point game - 3 hours.

4) Woodward Salver – Advanced Play Singles (level) H 6 - 11
26 point game - 3 hours

5) Belmont Cup - Handicap Singles
Effectively the club's handicap singles championship. Open to H 16 and below.
If you've acquitted yourself well in the Devonia or the B League, give this tournament a go it's all good experience.

6) Fermor Rose Bowl - Ladies Handicap Singles
Ladies' singles championship. Open to Ladies H 18 and below. If you’ve acquitted yourself
well in the Devonia or the B League, give this tournament a go.

7) Devonia - Handicap Singles H 18 - 24
The first tournament for newer players, so have a go. The more, the better.
To be played from a base of 11½. All players will get bisques, as per chart
14 point Game - 2 hours 30 minutes.

8) The Macadam Cups Golf Croquet Singles – Handicap tournaments, played in blocks.
High H. 8 and over, Low H. 0 - 7.
19 point game – 1 hour 30 minutes.

11) Canton Trophy - Egyptian, Handicap Singles.
One-day event. Open to H 24 and below. In an Egyptian event, in each round players are
pitted against others who have won / lost a similar number of games during the day.
14 Point Games - 1 hour 30 minutes.

12) Corbett Spoons - One Ball handicap Competitions – Two days, one day Lower H.
second day Higher H. Open to H 24 and below.
One-day event that ensures good practice for playing with 1 ball - a situation that could
arise in an Association game. The winner in each game is the first to peg out one ball.

13) Colclough & Sidmouth Cups - Handicap Doubles (Association)
Three-day event - Open to players. H 24 and below.
Higher H players are partnered by Lower H players;
Guidance may be given, but not coaching. A good opportunity to learn how to play Doubles.
18 Point Game (starting at hoop 5) - 2 hours 30 minutes.

14) Robert Case Shield & Tankard - Shot Game
An Afternoon of 'light-hearted' attempts at important croquet shots.
Open to H 24 and below. Two trophies: one winner for actual score, and one for score + H

16) Hatherley Cup - Handicapped Golf Croquet Singles H 0-7
One-day events - played in blocks, with block winners going on to semi and final rounds.

17) Golf Croquet Doubles - an event for High Golf Handicaps of 8 and over.
Choose your partner. One-day event - played in blocks.

19) The Wheel - Handicapped singles to encourage Association players to mix and play
against better players throughout the season.

9) Dorothy Toye Cup - Handicap Singles Two-day event. Open to H 16 and below.
Players play others in their block, then play-off until finalists are decided.
