Two Star (CNC**/CCN**)
Classes: With the express permission
of his National Federation, an
Athlete may compete in a two star
competition from the beginning of
the calendar year in which the rider
turns 16.
One Star (CNC*/CCN*) Classes:
With the express permission of his
National Federation, an Athlete may
compete in a one star competition
from the beginning of the calendar
year in which the rider turns 14.
