For entering your players please use the enclosed entry form. Entries shall be made in
order of strength in each event. All entries must be confirmed by the National
Association. No late entries will be accepted. Closing date : 28th August 09.
Entry fees
Singles: 25 Euro per player
Doubles: 20 Euro per player per event
Entry fees must be paid at the tournament before the first scheduled match, failure to do
so means that you will not be allowed to play.

General
The tournament will be played in accordance with the Laws of Badminton and
Competition Regulations of the BWF. Advertising on clothing and colour of clothing
shall be regulated by BWF Competition Regulations 19 to 23. In the event of any dispute,
the Referee’s decision shall be final.
Eligibility
1. Belgian badminton license for the Belgian players
2. Foreign players have to be members of an association affiliated to the BWF
3. According to BWF rules : Born on or later then 1 January 1991

Withdrawals
Please ensure that the Organizer is informed immediately when a player has to withdraw,
together with the reason.
Visa
If you need a Visa for Belgium, ask the Belgian Badminton Federation for the official
Invitation letter. It is advised to arrange the VISA in time. You can send your request for
assistance to [email protected].
Draw
The draw will be carried out by Badminton Europe 1 week before the tournament and
will be published on the official website.
Transport
Provided by the organizer between the station of Waterloo and the official hotels and
between the official hotels and the sports hall in the morning and in the evening.
Information’s about the transfer between Brussels airport and Charleroi airport to the
train station could be given by the organizer. Any individual transports from other
locations will be invoiced to the players.
Accommodations
See below the room booking.
Meals
All warm meals could be taken at the hall. The price for a meal is 8 € for lunch and 9 €
for dinner. Please use the form below and return it to us before the tournaments.
Invoicing
An invoice with the entry fees, accommodations costs and meals ordered will be sent to
you before the tournaments. The invoice must be paid at the tournament before the first
scheduled match, failure to do so means that you will not be allowed to play.

Condition of
play
The tournament will be played in full accordance with the Laws of Badminton and
the Competition Regulations adopted by the BWF as well as the Junior Circuit
Instructions. Competitors must be prepared to play at the times determined for the events
for which they have entered. Competitors will be scratched if not ready to play when
called.
Medical service
A physiotherapist will be present in the Sports hall during the tournament.
Drug testing
According to Belgian law drug testing may be carried out on a random basis at any time.
Clothing and
advertising
In accordance with BWF Competition regulations 19-23. In applying these
regulations the decision of the Referee shall be final.
Insurance
The organizer declines responsibility and covering of costs for possible injuries or other
damages. It is up to each participant to insure himself.

Maximum 64 in Singles & 32 in Doubles
