AMS uses the Amada CNC laser; this laser provides cutting edge technology
for maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality. Most vendors believe
these lasers are cost prohibitive, but AMS has found that when you require
precision there is no better tool for the job. This laser produces superior
quality cuts with unmatched precision and reliability. It is capable of cutting
up to ¾” material, while producing minimal burs and virtually no spatter. It
features SFP (Spatter free Piercing), this reduces our deburring and finishing
time dramatically, while leaving a better quality part.









AMS uses the latest manufacturing software to keep up to
the minute information on every work order in the shop. In
seconds we can check the status of any order, find out what
work center your product is in and provide an estimated
completion time. All work orders have an associated bar
code and within that work order each work center has its
individual bar code giving the time at station, quantity
produced, as well as documenting the individual that
performed that function.
