from pastoral to program type congregation

Almost none of the “program size” congregations
use this model.

Policy Governance simplifies and expedites
decision making

No one person fully understood the
responsibilities, processes and procedures of
each committee and Operations Group.
System was too complicated. People don’t
understand how the church is run.
Board was asked to help direct the OG
slowing the process down.
