INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003
The personal data provided will be subject to “processing” (1), and therefore, considering what is expressed by Article 13 of
Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code), we would like to inform you as follows:
THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Data processing is strictly used for the selection to assign degree awards, based on the Valeria Solesin Award announcement,
promoted by the Forum of Meritocracy
MANDATORY DATA
The following data must be communicated to the Forum of Meritocracy to be used for the purposes indicated in the competition
announcement:
name and surname of the author of the degree thesis, place and date of birth, residence, telephone number and e-mail address.
SUBJECTS TO WHOM THE DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED
Your data may be communicated by the Forum of Meritocracy exclusively for the purposes mentioned above and indicated in
the Valeria Solesin Award announcement to the members of the evaluation commission and to the award promotors.
PROCESSING DURATION
Personal data will be stored in compliance with the confidentiality requirements provided by current law, exclusively for the
period needed for the purposes for which it is collected and then processed.
RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED
Article 7 of the Italian Privacy Code grants the exercising of specific rights to the person concerned:
a) obtain confirmation of whether personal data which concerns him/her exists or not, and the communication of it in an
intelligible form;
b) know the origin of the personal data and to whom it may be communicated;
c) obtain updates, amendments and data integration;
d) obtain the deletion or blockage of data processed unlawfully;
