Mothers’ Union members knit all sorts of things:
 Teddies for children in hospital, or distributed through the emergency services
 Angels and teddies as baptism gifts
 Knitted breasts to help teach new mothers how to breastfeed
 Sheep and other characters for travelling nativity sets.
 Prayer shawls
 Angel pockets for babies who are stillborn or whose life is short

The Church and Community Mobilisation Process. Mothers' Union has several
unique versions of this process including an adult literacy version called Awaken and
