Level Up with ITIL Practitioner

1.
The prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is managed by AXELOS LIMITED, a company
incorporated in England and Wales (No. 08489114) whose registered office is at 17
Rochester Row, London, SW1P 1QT United Kingdom (“AXELOS”).
2.
The Prize Draw shall be open from 23:59 (BST) on Monday 15 May 2017 until 23:59

(BST) on Friday 11 August 2017 (“Prize Draw Period”).
3.
All entries must be received no later than 23:59 (BST) on Friday 11 August 2017 (the
"Closing Date").
4.
The Prize Draw is open to all entrants who have completed the Level Up with ITIL
Practitioner poll question (“Poll Question”) correctly, and have provided their
personal and contact details to AXELOS as part of the poll question, except for
AXELOS employees, its subsidiaries, anyone connected with the administration of the
Prize Draw, and persons under 18 years of age.
5.
By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions and any entrant who fails to abide by any of these terms and conditions
may be disqualified at AXELOS' sole discretion.
6.
No purchase is necessary to take part in the Prize Draw.

Spammers will be disqualified, and multiple entries are not permitted.
9.
AXELOS accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost, illegible, incomplete or
altered and all such entries shall be disqualified. No entries will be accepted after the
Closing Date. Confirmation of sending an entry via the Internet is not proof of entry
nor does it constitute receipt.
10.
Eligible entries will go forward to the selection process set out and managed by
AXELOS.
11.
One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible valid entries (the “Winner”).
12.
The Winner will be selected to win a free training course provided by one (1) of
AXELOS Accredited Training Organisations who are sponsoring the competition,
those include Learning Tree International Inc, The Knowledge Academy, Global
Knowledge Training LLC, QA Ltd, Purple Griffin, and Pink Elephant (the “Prize”).

The Winner will be announced by AXELOS on or before Monday 14 August 2017 via
an e-mail to the participants.

The Winner will be notified by e-mail on or before Monday 14 August 2017 using the
e-mail address given to AXELOS as part of completing the poll question. The Winner
will also be contacted by e-mail from the Accredited Training Organisation in order to
provide information on how the Winner can claim their Prize.
15.
If a Winner declines or for any reason cannot accept the Prize, or a Winner cannot be
contacted from the details they have supplied within 14 days after the Winner has
been announced, a substitute Winner may be drawn at AXELOS' sole discretion.
16.
The Prizes are non-transferable and there are no alternatives. AXELOS may
substitute the Prizes for an alternative of the same or comparable value if it, in its sole
discretion, deems necessary.
17.
AXELOS ' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
19.
The Prizes includes nothing other than that expressly stated to be included as part of
the Prizes. The Prizes may be subject to third party terms and conditions for which
AXELOS is not responsible or liable.
20.
Subject to prevailing data protection legislation, if any, the surname and county of
origin of the Winner may be obtained by writing to AXELOS at the address set out in
paragraph 1 (above) up to one month after the Closing Date, enclosing a return selfaddressed stamped envelope or by visiting the website www.axelos.com.
21.
The Winner consents that their first name, initial of their surname, and place of work
(if provided) may be used in publicity materials and events relating to the relevant
competition and AXELOS does not accept any obligations of confidence towards the
Winner.
22.
The Winner further consents that their first name, initial of their surname and town
may be posted on an AXELOS operated website after the Closing Date for a period of
time to be determined by AXELOS at its sole discretion.
23.
The Winner may be invited to attend AXELOS events for the Prize giving, press or
publicity. The Winner acknowledges that attendance may entail travel and may occur
during the regular working week. The Winner is responsible for organising an
absence from work with their respective employers as required.
24.
AXELOS shall not be responsible for any travel arrangements required in order for the
Winner to accept the Prize unless otherwise stated.
25.
Entrants acknowledge that the dates of any AXELOS events cannot be altered.
26.
AXELOS shall be entitled to terminate or modify these terms and conditions in its
absolute discretion at any time.
27.
As far as permitted by law, excluding liability for personal injury or death arising from
negligence, AXELOS excludes all liability in connection with the Prize Draw or the
Prize awarded or not awarded in connection with the Prize Draw.
28.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in
relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
