Guide 2 - Updating Profile Information In this guide we will review how to update basic information in your user profile. First, let’s review how to update your email notification preferences. Make sure you are logged into GrizMart. Once you are logged in to access your profile at any time simply click on the profile link at the top of the page just to the left of your name. Upon first use of the system and at designated intervals you will be prompted to agree to the GrizMart Terms of Use. Should you desire to reference these terms and conditions in the future simply go to your profile and click on the Terms and Conditions Link at the bottom of your profile page After you click on the profile link you should be taken to this page, you can change your general information such as phone, email, or department here. Please ensure you complete the Security Question and Answer so the system can prompt you if you were ever to forget your password. Next, click the email preferences tab. Your profile was initially setup by your GrizMart administrators to send you email notifications when certain actions occur for your transactions within the system. You may select or deselect any of the events that you want to change from the default setting. If you have questions regarding what a particular event or term means, you may click on the event and receive a pop-up explanation of it. Your GrizMart administrators recommend that you stay with the default email preferences until you are comfortable working in GrizMart. Click the save button when you have finished updating your email preferences. Click any of the ? boxes to get a description of the email item. Next, let us review how to update your ship to and bill to address preferences. Click the purchasing tab. Then click the addresses tab followed by the ship to tab. Next, click the select addresses for profile button. Please note that no default ship to or bill to addresses were added to your profile by your GrizMart administrators. The details for all shipping addresses that have been setup in GrizMart may be viewed by clicking the search button. Alternately, you may filter searches by entering building name, mail stop or street name into the address text box and clicking the search button. The addresses have been imported from Banner so names and building may have been abbreviated. Please be flexible in your search terms. Click on the radio button for the address you would like to select, the Edit Selected Address box will appear. You can click the Save button to add this address to your list of available addresses or to set an address as your default, select the default box and click the save button. If you have responsibilities that span multiple departments or shipping locations, then you will want to add those shipping locations to your profile. If your purchasing procedure requires you to assign your cart to someone else, you can set that person as the default by clicking on the Cart Assignee sub tab. Click the Add Assignees button and the User Search box will appear. Enter your search criteria and click search. Click the radio button next to the appropriate person and click Choose Selected User. The person will be added to the My Cart Assignees list. Click on the radio button for the person you want to select as your preferred assignee.
