REGULAR REGISTRATION ($85/player)
Friday, June 2rd - 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. & Saturday, June 3rd - 10 a.m. to Noon
Friday, June 9th - 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. & Saturday, June 10th - 10 a.m. to Noon
LATE REGISTRATION ($95/player)
Saturday, June 24th – 10 a.m. to Noon
Mandatory Fundraiser: $40/Opportunity Drawing tickets – Parking Pass: $40 (good for reg. league games only)

PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN must sign the carbon registration forms provided at sign ups
Copy of OFFICIAL BIRTH DOCUMENTATION showing legal name and proof of age required with
registration for ALL NEW PLAYERS & PRIOR REGISTERED PLAYERS (UPON REQUEST).
Official County-Recorded Live Birth Certificate, passport, or C.Y.S.A. approved legal document are accepted.
NO hospital, baptismal, or immunization certificates will be accepted.
UNIFORM SIZING AT SIGN-UPS -- Size samples will be available for players to try on.
LEAGUE DATES
Team practices begin mid-August
League Games (Saturdays) – Begin September 9th
Information regarding coaching, referees, team sponsors, and volunteering will be available at sign-ups
TOPSoccer Club
The TOPSoccer Club is a recreational program for special needs youth and young adults:
$40.00 per player
