The Company’s offer (on both the generic vaccine and Enzira) also includes the following:

An additional 1.25% discount if No Cancellation is agreed. (Only available on orders
placed before 22.12.14). On orders placed after 22.12.14 an extra 0.75% discount
will be applied if no cancellation is agreed. Orders can be varied +/- 15% up to 4
weeks prior to delivery
If No Cancellation option is not taken orders can be cancelled up to 28 February
2016
Sale or return 20% on full orders, 10% on orders split with another company. An
additional 1.25% discount will be offered if customer opts to accept 10% on full
orders or 5% on split orders. On orders placed after 22.12.14 customers will be
offered an additional 0.75% if they accept a 10% sale or return.
Any sale or return vaccine must be notified to Pfizer by 28 February 2016

+ The company offers a portfolio of seasonal flu vaccines from different manufacturers of
proven reliability. Customers can order just one brand of vaccine or have the unique
opportunity to split their order across MASTA’s portfolio of vaccines to ensure continuity of
supply in the event of any manufacturing problems. Within the portfolio will be a choice of
higher priced vaccines plus a lower priced alternative. There will be vaccines suitable for all
age categories from 6 months and upwards available in both single and 10 x 1 dose
presentation.

The Company’s offer also includes:

Sale or return – 20% on orders where MASTA is the sole supplier to the practice and
10% if the order is split between MASTA and another supplier( Returns must be back
with MASTA by 26th February 2016 to be eligible for credit)
Orders confirmed by MASTA in writing can be cancelled up until 31st March 2015
Order volumes can be amended up to July 31st 2015
Deliveries available from w/c 15th September 2015 with delivery dates scheduled in
line with order placed date
Delivery dates and volumes per delivery can be changed with just 72 hrs notice to
MASTA
Named day cold chain deliveries to as many sites as required
50 doses and over are delivered carriage free within the couriers’ designated
postcode area. Deliveries outside of this will be POA
120 days payment terms from the date of each invoice
Reserve doses can be placed up to 10% of confirmed order volume. This will be held
until 31 October 2015 after which it will be released to the market
