INSTRUCTIONS
Entering phone numbers
To forward calls from one line to the other you must first set the corresponding number for
each line






Enter the COSMOTE main menu
Select COSMOTE 2in1
Select ΡΥΘΜΙΣΕΙΣ (settings)
Select ΓΡΑΜΜΗ [1] (line 1)
Select ΑΡΙΘΜΟΣ (number)
Enter the phone number for line 1
Follow the same process for line 2, accordingly.
Forward lines





Enter the COSMOTE main menu
Select COSMOTE 2in1
Select ΡΥΘΜΙΣΕΙΣ (settings)
Select ΕΝΕΡΓΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ (activation)
Select ΓΡΑΜΜΗ [2] με ΠΡΟΩΘΗΣΗ της ΓΡΑΜΜΗΣ [1] (line 2 with forward line 1)
Follow the same process for line 2, accordingly.
Switch lines





Enter the COSMOTE main menu
Select COSMOTE 2in1
Select ΡΥΘΜΙΣΕΙΣ (settings)
Select ΕΝΕΡΓΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ (activation)
Select ΓΡΑΜΜΗ [2] (line 2)
Follow the same process for line 1, accordingly.
As soon as the transfer is activated the following message appears:
“ ΜΕΤΑΦΟΡΑ ΣΤΗ ΓΡΑΜΜΗ 2 ΕΠΙΤΥΧΗΣ ” (transfer to line 2 successful) or “ ΜΕΤΑΦΟΡΑ
ΣΤΗ ΓΡΑΜΜΗ 1 ΕΠΙΤΥΧΗΣ ” (transfer to line 1 successful).
Line naming






Enter the COSMOTE main menu
Select COSMOTE 2in1
Select ΡΥΘΜΙΣΕΙΣ (settings)
Select ΓΡΑΜΜΗ [1] (line 1)
Select ΟΝΟΜΑ (name)
Enter the name that corresponds to every line
Follow the same process for line 2, accordingly

Switch your mobile phone off and then on again.
Each line will now appear on the screen and in all the commands with the name you have
given it. For example, if you have named line 1 “office”, it will be referred to as ΓΡΑΜΜΗ
OFFICE (line office) in all mobile phone commands and the indication OFFICE will appear on
the screen when you use this line.
Check forward




Enter the COSMOTE main menu
Select COSMOTE 2in1
Select ΡΥΘΜΙΣΕΙΣ (settings)
Select ΕΝΕΡΓΕΣ ΠΡΟΩΘΗΣΕΙΣ (active forward) to check if you have activated the
forward function
Check active line




Enter the COSMOTE main menu
Select COSMOTE 2in1
Select ΡΥΘΜΙΣΕΙΣ (settings)
Select ΕΝΕΡΓΗ ΓΡΑΜΜΗ (active line) to indicate the line that is activated
Receiving messages
The messages that you receive are those that are sent to the number that you have activated.
To receive messages sent to the other number, switch lines as described in the section
Switch lines .
