Scenario 1
inappropriate behaviour
One of your senior players has
stopped attending training
sessions and some fixtures,
when you approach her she
confesses the male coach had
slapped her on the bottom at
training and confessed his
emotions about his broken
marriage to her over Facebook.
What should you do?

The mystery coach
You are the third team captain
and once again the head coach
has sent a replacement to coach
the session (or not in the past)
the players feel they aren't
getting quality and there's no
continuity in training plans, there
is unrest in the players and they
aren't sure whether to continue
or change to a different sport.

Selection policy
You are the chair person of the
club, your 2nd and 3rd team
players are very similar in
standard. One or two senior
players miss training and so you
suggest dropping them down but
your 2nd team captain disagrees
and say's you have to tell them
why, the players refuse to listen
to you and the captain plays
