The company was founded in 2016 to develop
investments in the Republic of Georgia by
pursuing profitable and socially responsible
projects privately using all modern tools.
We are in Georgian business since the end of the 1990's and have followed the economic,
business and financial developments closely. We have participated in Privatizations,
creation of Green field projects and pursue small, middle and large scale projects with our

Our Team
MICHAEL NORTH
is capital market expert for IPOs, bond placements,
privatizations and fund management. He was a bank
manager in various international investment banks,
including Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank
AG, and held several supervisory board positions.
Michael has several years of experience in the capital
markets business to firsts of issuers on international
exchanges, for example, the Sultanate of Oman, the
Ukraine, Slovakia and led to privatization experience
with RAO UES (Russia), Gulf Air (Arab Emirates),
Svyazinvest (Russia). He has also performed crossborder portfolio hedges and derivative contracts,
options
and
futures.
He has a longstanding European experience, as well as
experience in the Middle East. He has, among other
things together with Arthur Anderson designed the
reorganization
of
Svyazinvest
(Russia).
Michael has successfully completed the study of
economics and international law at the University of
Geneva with the conclusion Lic.rer.pol.sciences
politiques.

DIANA TSITSISHVILI
Diana completed the First Level of the Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants (ACCA) Georgian Program. The subjects
covered were :Accountant in Business; Management Accounting &
Financial Accounting.
She successfully accomplished BDO courses on 1S Program software
& has received a certified license on full access to the program.
She has successfully completed the training program in the new
Estonian taxation model and other changes applied to the Georgian
tax code.
Since 2011 Diana was an accountant at LLC. “Geo Business”, LLC.
“Starada”, LLC “Estia”, LLC. “G.M.M.” & now LLC “Geo Holding”.

Our Team
GIORGI DADIANI
was a project manager at UN WFP Rail Operation Centre and
conducted a project on rehabilitation of Georgian, Azerbaijan &
Armenia railways in order to achieve a possibility of transporting
humanitarian aid cargo by rail. In 1993 – 1994 two rail road bridges in
Natanebi (Georgia) & Beukiasik (Azrbaijan) have been fully renovated,
up to 1,6 ML rail road slippers have been changed on the Caucasian
rail road rout, 8 locomotives have been delivered & granted to
Georgian Railways. This one-year project made possible for UN WFP to
transport its humanitarian aid cargo to Georgia, Azerbaijan & Armenia
by the railroad.
In 1995-1999, Giorgi Dadiani worked as an assistant of the deputy
general director of an insurance company “Rosgosstrakh” in Moscow
Russia. He lead the project on “recovery of Russian citizen savings that
where lost in 1993”.
Since 2000 to present, Giorgi Dadiani is an entrepreneur & conducts
his business activities in Georgia, Azerbaijan and Russia by setting
different companies like: “ABG & Profservice Group”, “GESCO”,
“Enlightened Deliveries” and etc. His business organizations presented
to Georgian & Azerbaijan markets up to 47 different EU brands &
introduced different energy efficient project creation software and
energy efficiency calculation possibilities by training technical
department staff members at Schneider Electric Headquarters or at
other international organization’s located in Paris, Munich & Milan.
With support from different International Finance Institutions (EBRD,
World Bank etc.) & close cooperation with relevant state institutions,
he managed to raise awareness & demand on energy efficiency in
Georgia, Azerbaijan and Russia and implement different type of
projects according to Kyoto Agreement demands, including energy
generation projects, realizing up to 500 different outdoor architectural
lightening projects all around Georgia and Azerbaijan, implemented an
energy efficient Dutch technology greenhouse project for pot plants &
bedding plants.

NATIA TOKHADZE
Natia is Electrical Engineer and Lighting Designer. She has 10+
work experience in the field and has worked for local and
international organizations, like: ABG and Prop service Group,
GESCO, International Corporation ICR and Sauders Group.
She is proficient with CAD Besides that, she was involved in
large-scale international projects as an expert by renowned
companies, like Siemens and ILF.
During her work career she has fulfilled more than 700 various
scale projects, which involve residential and public buildings,
commercial and hospitality edifices, roads and transport
buildings, historical heritage areas and buildings, educational
and medical institutions, military and industrial erections,
religious buildings, public parks etc.
She is highly proficient with Auto CAD and Auto Cad MEP
programs, Dialux, Relux, Light Star, Schrack Technick calculation
programs as well as Schneider Electric calculation programs.
Natia’s works were mentioned several times as “Best Lighting
Project” of the year by local authorities.
