EDISU BEACH VOLLEY FIELD REGULATION
The following rules concern the use the Edisu beach volley field at Olimpia Residence.
Art. 1 Opening time
The field normally is open:
• from Monday to Friday opening hours 3 p.m. - 8.30 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday opening hours 10 a.m. - 8.30 p.m.
Art. 2 Booking
The reservations should be done at the reception of the Lungodora residence or on-line
following the procedure at the EDISU Piemonte website.
Booking has to be done by the day before the application.
Art. 3 Prices and payment
Prices are annually decided by Edisu.
Payment has to be done entirely in advance at the Lungodora residence by the applicant.
It can be done in cash or via Bancomat.
If the field can’t be used because bad weather or unexpected technical unavailability,
the applicant that have already paid can immediately book another date.
If the field wouldn’t be used or the rate wouldn’t be paid the applicant will not be able
to book again.
Art. 4 Documents
Users of Beach Volley field should have the apposite badge. The badge could be required
at the reception of the residence from Monday to Friday, 3.00 p.m. - 9.00 p.m. and
Saturday, 10.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.. At the moment of the claim it should be added:
• self-certification of university attending for the current academic year (if it isn’t been
presented yet to the office of EDISU Piemonte), certification of University of
Turin/Politecnico of Turin (for students taking part of international mobility project);
• payment receipt of the amount of the reservation;
• a valid non-competitive certificate of good health;
• copy of an accreditation document or the Athena Card;
• recent passport photo.
Art. 5 Way of admission
At the arrive users should show and leave at the reception the badge. Users non housed
in the Olimpia residence should also leave a valid ID.
The entrance is not allowed to users not booked and signed.
Art. 6 Clothing
Is mandatory wear appropriate clothing. Sportswear is recommended and it’s absolutely
forbidden play bared-breasted.

Art. 7 Sports equipment
Tha used ball should measure 66-68cm, blown up at a pressure between 171 and 221
mbar, weight 260-280g. Who doesn’t have one can required one at the reception at the
payment. The ball will be given paying a caution of € 10.00 that will be return at the
end of the play.
Art. 8 Locker rooms and restrooms
Locker rooms, showers and restrooms can be used by users respecting the cleanliness and
the decency.
EDISU is not responsible of thefts and total or partial destructions of goods leaved in the
field, in lockers or in others rooms.
The entrance is allowed by 10 minutes before the beginning of the booked period and
30 minutes after the end of it.
Art. 9 Behaviour
Smoking is absolutely forbidden inside the field.
It’s not allowed to introduce glass bottles, cans or any other objects that can be dangerous.
It’s also forbidden splitting and leave garbage inside the field.
It’s forbidden to hang to the net or at any other construction inside the structure, because
in case of injuries EDISU is exonerate from any responsibility.
Inside the field is only allowed the presence of the players and the referee.
Users should leave the field clean.
Art. 10 Responsibilities
Users must be respectful of the rules. In case of damage or vandalic behaviour the user
will be the responsible of it. In case of misidentification of the person responsible, who
booked the field will be punished.
Art. 11 Changes
If necessary, the responsible of the residence can make changes at the above-mentioned
dispositions.
