BLUE HILLS REGIONAL TECHNICAL SCHOOL GRADUATION – TUESDAY, JUNE 6, 2017 (6:00 P.M.) REMINDERS FOR SENIORS You must attend all rehearsals. The next two rehearsals are Friday, May 26th and Thursday, June 1st. Both will be at 8:30 a.m. Seniors are responsible for their own transportation home on early release days (May 30, 31st). If you cannot arrange transportation you may remain in school until the 2:20 dismissal and take the bus home at that time. If you remain in school you will have a supervised study hall. All bills for lost/damaged books, lunch money and any other outstanding fees, must be paid by Wednesday, May 31, 2017. Bills must be paid by cash, money order or check to the Finance Office or online @ bluehills.org. go to Student/Parents, on line payments to set up an online account. A student must have prior permission from Ms. Zini’s office to make-up an exam on Thursday, June 1st, (@7:40 a.m. Make-up for final exams will be available only to students who show legal or medical cause for having missed an exam. A note must be brought to Mr. Zini, the Academic Director. Caps and gowns will be distributed in the cafeteria on Thursday, June 1st only, during rehearsal. The final day to pick up your caps and gown will be Monday, June 5th. All financial obligations must be taken care of before you can get your cap and gown. If you find one of your lost books/locks/Chromebook or charger return it to the teacher who issued it and ask the teacher to send an email to Ms. Wall (Academic) or Ms. Beane (Vocational) or if it is a Chromebook and/or charger see Ms. Fama saying the book/lock/Chromebook/charger was returned. If the teacher is no longer here, bring the book to the lead teacher of the department. DO NOT BRING ANY BOOKS TO MRS. PICA. Each cap and gown package includes 6 souvenir invitations, 2 reserved seating tickets and one tassel. The 2 reserved seating tickets are for the “reserved bleacher seating” section on the field. These tickets must be presented to sit there. These items cannot be replaced. Do not lose them. Please be aware that if someone requires Handicapped Seating/Parking, please see one of the attendants when you come to the graduation. You must be in the cafeteria at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6th, to prepare for the ceremony. You must arrive on time. Please dress appropriately. Shirts, ties, pants and shoes for boys; dresses or skirts and blouses, and shoes for girls. NO HIGH HEELS. Also, no writing on caps, etc.
