Friends,
We will NOT be meeting after school today. I decided to send an email as communication instead after discussing the
following items with the VPs (Erika and April).
Parent Teacher Conferences
1. We have 20 pizzas for Cici’s being donated to feed parents on March 15th.
2. PTSA will purchase cookies to go along with the pizza. We have drinks donated.
3. We have student volunteers from MO Options and Mary’s grandson, Kainon, to help serve for community
service hours. (Mary will also be here with Kainon.)
4. It was discussed at our staff meeting that parents will need to get a ticket from teacher before being able to get
their pizza (to ensure they are going to the conferences). Do we have still have some? Let me know.
Fundraisers
1. We will NOT be organizing any fundraisers except for our Cici’s nights.
Cici’s Nights
1. Upcoming dates are scheduled for March 8th, April 19th, and May 10th.
2. We made $53 dollars at our last fundraiser night. 
3. We need to help promote it. Please encourage students, parents, and teachers to participate. This money will
be used to promote parent involvement. Hopefully, we can eventually help purchase needed classroom items.
Election
1. We need to elect officers (President, 2 VPs, secretary, treasurer) by March 31st.
2. If you or someone you know is interested in running, please let Mr. White and/or Ms. Hiemer (nomination
committee) know. (I DO NOT have to be the president. If someone wishes to take it on, you are more than
welcome.)
3. Election is by ballot unless 1 person is running for office then we do not need to vote.
4. If the current officers do NOT wish to continue, please let me know.
Engagement Nights
1. Because of the many transitions this year, we are not going to plan anymore engagement nights for the remainder of
this year.
Future of PTSA
1. What do we want to accomplish in our PTSA knowing our clientele? (I am open to suggestions)
Next Meeting
1. Our next meeting is April 6th @ 3:45. We will meet in Mrs. Fisher’s room.
2. I suggest we discuss projected engagement ideas for next school year. Please bring any ideas you may have.
