Helitraining Ukraine Co. Ltd. is Innovative Company specializing in the
design, development and manufacture of advanced flight simulators with FNPT-FTD
(according to JAR-FSTD H) qualification levels and training systems for the
helicopter crew training.
Our main types of activity:
• training, recurrent training, refresher training and simulator training of pilots
and engineering and technical staff of the Mi-17 helicopter in its own Simulator

Training Systems (CBTS);
The training computer class with the Computer-Based Training System
represents the hardware-software complex constructed on the basis of modern
computer technologies and providing carrying out individual and general theoretical
training of technical of structures according to requirements of curricula and
programs.
A special Computer-Based Training System (CBTS) is a software and
hardware system, including a methodical, training and organizational support of
training process, provided on the basis of the modern information technologies
intended for training of the personnel, connected with operation and service of
various difficult technical objects and systems.
The initial information for creation of Computer-Based Training System
(CBTS) helicopters are: Flight and Maintenance manuals, maintenance schedules,
task cards and catalogues as well as stands, manufacturer service bulletins, layouts,
schematics, photo and video aids produces and provided by the designer and
manufacturer HELITRAINING UKRAINE in compliance with Kremenchug Flight
College recommendations and Ukrainian Aviation Authorities.
The software for CBTS is used for:
• basic flying and maintenance personnel training, including aircraft
structure, equipment operating procedure in-flight operations, emergency
procedures, maintenance operations, etc.;
• case history for theoretical and practice information on functioning,
operating, maintaining the aircraft and also for familiarization with the
advisory-operational cockpit environment;
• primary testing (interviewing) on preset topics and training with the help
of texts and graphic data;
•basic testing – self testing or testing within the training group – to
examine the results of training.
Within partnership agreement and the general authorization HELITRAINING
UKRAINE Simulator Training Center has been working closely with the
Kremenchug Flight College of National Aviation University.
Simulator Training Center HELITRAINING UKRAINE is a multifunctional
training center, which provides various kinds of service in compliance with the
Aviation Authorities requirements and the demands of its customers. All necessary
conditions are created to provide a step-by-step and effective course and the best
results.

(Kremenchug) is unique in Ukraine aviation educational institution, which proposes
to receive training, recurrent training, refresher training and simulator training of
pilots and engineering and technical staff of the Mi-17-1v (Mi-8MTV-1/AMT)
helicopter at new professionally qualitative level using the latest techniques and
modern Computer-Based Training Systems. Confirmation of it is the issued

Training is provided by its own and attracted (Kremenchug Flight College)

Simulator of Simulator Training Center Helitraining Ukraine Co. Ltd. has
SYNTHETIC TRAINING DEVICE QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATES
№UA/FSTD-032/2013(H) and №UA/FSTD-033/2014(H).
Training course is carried out according to programs of civilian pilots and technical
staff.
Helitraining Ukraine Co. Ltd. has Certificate of Quality Management System
SIC.02.057.930 dated 20.12.2013 ISO 9001:2008.
Upon completion of training it is issued the Certificate of Helitraining Ukraine
Co. Ltd. in the government-approved format.
Simulator training Center HELITRAINING UKRAINE possesses an
extended infrastructure including: three-storey training building with the properly
equipped rooms, laboratory, engineering department, library, language laboratories
for flight personnel and controllers training in English radiotelephony, computerbased training rooms, simulator training facility with two Mi-17 full flight simulators
for crew teams training.
A separate engineering building for simulators and training classrooms and
manufacturing, housing printing office, workshops, paint room and so on.
There is separate production facility where simulators and training classrooms
are manufactured. There is typography, workshops, paint shop, etc. there.
The HELITRAINING UKRAINE Company designs and manufactures
procedure trainers and flight simulators of different levels for basically all models of
Mil and Kamov helicopters.
Special feature of our flight simulators is a wide optional set. In complete set
which is offered to the customer it allows taking into account various configurations
of additional equipment of crew cockpit, individual scenes of flight regions
depending on region of aircraft operation and types of works.
Special feature of our flight simulator Мi-171 (FTD3) is adaptation of the
simulator cabin for pilots’ training at night using the Night Vision Goggles.
Besides, Mi-171 FTD3 is equipped
with a vibro-acoustic platform, which is
high-tech hardware and software system
that enables to reproduce specific acoustic
and dynamic effects on the flight deck with
a high degree of realism.
Instructor could complicate the flight parameters and weather conditions, set
failures for crew as pre-flight and in-flight. It allows developing the skills of the
optimal interaction of the crew and identifying errors made by pilots in emergency
situations.
Simulator is also equipped with TWAS Sundel, TCAS and ILS/VOR/DME,
which are set on boards executing flights within peace-support missions of the UN
around the world. Execution of flights in these missions requires mandatory training
on use of the above systems.
On Helitraining Ukraine simulators it is possible the following types of training:
• flight training with choosing landing areas on the flat, crossed and
mountainous country with regard to the landing area slope;
• instrument flight training during day or night time, practicing VOR or ILS
approaches;
• practicing sling load operation;
• LOFT (Line Oriented Flight Training) practice;
• practicing search-and-rescue operations;
• Flights performance in the international air lines training.
The simulators, manufactured by our company have qualification level
FNPT 3 – 5 and FTD 3 with the option of simulating vibration and acoustic effects,
which enable crewmembers to practice normal (standard) procedures, actions in
difficult situations and emergencies within real-life time scale, at any stage of
flight, over different terrains and in various weather and light conditions.
The HELITRAINING UKRAINE Company provides after-sales service
and maintenance of all manufactured products within the warranty period of
18month and offers contracts for post-warranty service and maintenance.
