2015 SEASON PASS
The 2015 Canoe Creek Golf Course Season Pass entitles the holder to an unlimited number
of rounds throughout the 2015 season. These rounds may be played at any time on any day
of the week. Some days &/or times may be blocked due to special functions or course
maintenance.
The 2015 Season Pass is a ‘Green Fee Only’ pass. It does not include charging privileges,
special amenities or discounted rates on rentals, retail products, or other services. Cart
rentals are not included in the Season Pass. Pass holders may rent carts on a per round basis,
or take advantage of the annual leases available. Only golf carts belonging to Canoe Creek
Golf Course will be permitted on the course.
The Season Pass covers only the green fee portion of the registration price for special events.
All event charges are payable by the Pass holder.
Season Passes are not transferrable or refundable. Canoe Creek Golf Course reserves the
right to cancel a Season Pass if the Pass holder does not follow the rules and regulations of
the course, as outlined below, or for any just cause not listed below.
Pass Holder Rules and Regulations
o Pass holders must check in at the front desk before teeing off. Pass holders without
pre-booked tee times must consult the pro shop regarding available tee times.
o 48 hours advance cancellation of booked tee times is required. Any tee time not
cancelled in a timely manner will be considered a ‘no show’; repeated ‘no shows’
will result in the suspension of Pass holder booking privileges.
o Pass holders are subject to all standard rules and regulations as posted by Canoe
Creek Golf Course.
o No outside liquor is allowed on the course at any time.
o Appropriate dress and behaviour are required at all times, both on the course and
within all other Canoe Creek Golf Course facilities.

In order to receive the discounted early bird rate of $1800 (+ tax), complete payment MUST
be received before January 31, 2015. If full payment has not been received, any moneys
received prior to that date will be applied as a deposit toward the full rate of $2000 (+ tax).
Under NO circumstances will pass holders be granted Pass holder privileges before full
payment is received.
