Getting to know the knowledge and understanding by the student basic concepts,
phenomena, relationship regularities and dependencies in the area of organization and
management. In particular, equipping the student with the knowledge in the field of
fundamental and crucial categories of concepts from the scope of organization, its
components, internal mechanisms of functioning, relationship with the environment and
management, its functions, processes and styles.
The transfer of knowledge and skills of recognizing organizational-managerial
problems, analyzing the causes of their occurrence, selection and application of adequate
methods for their solutions on the operational and strategic levels.
The transfer of knowledge and skills in the sphere of design, development,
implementation and evaluation in the area of organization and management.

knows the basic terminology in the area of organization and

has knowledge on basic components of the phenomenon of organization and management,
their types, classification, the course of evolution and the changes taking place
