Notes:
1. No Investor complaints were pedning either at the beginning of the quarter or at the end of the quarter and none were received during the quarter.
2. The Previous figures have been regrouped wherever necessary.
3. Tax Expense includes Current Tax and Deferred Tax.
4. These results were taken on record by the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on 13th August, 2015.
5. During the current quarter, the company has made the following investments:
i. 51% share in the equity of CES Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. (Formerly Telivo Managed Services Pvt. Ltd.)
ii. 30% share in the equity of CES Global IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Formerly SK Asthra IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) and having control over the composition of Board of Directors.
Accordingly, the results for the current quarter are prepared by consolidating the financials of above companies as subsidiaries.
