1. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received
online. Draw takes place weekly, 1 week after the prize draw begins.
2. Under 17’s are not eligible to enter the draw.
3. Countryside Alliance staff are not eligible to enter the draw.
4. No cash equivalent is available and the prize is non-transferable and nonexchangeable.
5. Countryside Alliance accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost,
delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any
technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt
by Countryside Alliance.
6. Closing date is 1 week after the draw begins.
7. The winner will be notified on the day of the draw using communication details
provided by the entrant.
8. The winner will be contacted via email and must claim their prize within three
days of Countryside Alliance sending initial notification. If the winner cannot
be reached within three days following the first attempt of contact, declines
the prize, or fails to provide a valid postal address the prize shall be forfeited
and the Countryside Alliance has the right, at its sole discretion, to select
another winner. No extension is available. The Countryside Alliance’s decision
is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. As an entrant in the draw, Countryside Alliance will use the data you provide
for marketing, statistical and analytical purposes for the Countryside Alliance
and the Countryside Alliance Foundation and you will receive future prize
draw communications. You may opt out by contacting Countryside Alliance

10. Countryside Alliance accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities,
injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the
Prize Draw or accepting the prize.
11. Countryside Alliance reserves the right at any time to modify, discontinue
(temporarily or permanently) this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to
reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of
anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Countryside Alliance
in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will
be entered into.
12. Countryside Alliance shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its
obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable
control (any circumstances amounting to force majeure).
13. The winner will receive 1. WIN LUXURY CORRESPONDENCE CARDS
FROM THE LETTER PRESS OF CIRENCESTER or LUXURY WRITING
PAPER FROM THE LETTER PRESS OF CIRENCESTER. The prize will be
clearly stated in the promotion.
14. The winner’s name may also be promoted publicly through Countryside
Alliance’s social network and in any publicity relating to the Contest.
Countryside Alliance will use any data submitted by entrants only for the
purposes of running the Contest, unless otherwise stated in the entry details.
By entering this Contest, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data
by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this Contest and any
other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The winners agree to take
part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of their name in such
publicity.
15. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions and by the Countryside Alliance’s decisions, which are final in all
matters relating to the contest and no correspondence or discussions shall be
entered into. Countryside Alliance reserves the right to terminate, cancel,
suspend or modify the contest or these terms and conditions for any reason in
the Promoter’s reasonable discretion.
16. Automated entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
