Accepted Offer through Closing Checklist An Offer is made on your property: ❏ Receive and review Offer to Purchase paperwork *your agent will receive the offers for you and present all offers to you. Verify that it includes all Addendums and Signed Property Condition Report ❏ Accept Offer (A), reject offer (B), or Counteroffer (C) ❏ A) Sign and return signed Offer to Purchase to Buyer by the date specified on line 28 of the Offer to Purchase. ❏ B) If rejecting the Offer to Purchase or if submitting a counter Offer date & initial line 461 Residential Offer 540 Condo Offer ❏ C) Submit a Counter offer with the changes to the original terms that would be needed for you to accept ❏ Collect & deposit earnest money *All earnest money is held in DwellHop’s trust account and will be released at the time of closing ❏ Send a copy of all HOA or Condo Association Documents to the Buyer’s agent (within 5 days of acceptance) if applicable ❏ Send all signed documents to the Title Company (within 7 days of acceptance) ❏ Order Home Warranty, if offering one (within 10 days of acceptance) ❏ Receive & review all Notices and Amendments buyer may submit *your agent will receive notices & amendments for you and present them all to you ❏ Initial any and all notices, accept, counter or reject any amendments ❏ Note the date of all contingencies & confirm that they are met ❏ Review Title Work, sent to DwellHop by the Title Company ❏ Schedule closing (30 days before closing minimum) ❏ Arrange for utilities to be transferred to the new owner (14 days before closing) ❏ Confirm Buyer’s loan commitment with buyer’s lender (within the time frame set forth on the offer) ❏ Arrange for For Sale sign and lockbox to be picked up (2 days before closing) ❏ Review HUD (2 days before closing) ❏ Attend closing, bring all keys and garage door openers and ID’s the Day of Closing.
